Description Start-up Application Directions: First, pump out the grease trap and clean it. After cleaning, add Grease and Waste Digestor directly into the trap at a rate of 120ml per 370L of capacity. Then, dose the grease trap every three days using the same amount at the inlet closest to the trap. If odours are coming from the drains leading to the grease trap, also apply the product to those drains. Maintenance: To maintain the grease trap, continue dosing with the recommended amounts as outlined in the directions. Typical Application for Grease Traps and Drain Lines: Measure 120ml of Grease and Waste Digestor using the twin-chamber measuring bottle provided. For a 370L grease trap, use 120ml. For a 2000L grease trap, dose 600ml daily. Apply the product directly into the grease trap or the nearest drain. To keep drain lines odour-free and clear, add 120ml to the drain until odours are gone or the flow improves.
