14-Day Return Policy
Eligibility:
- Unused items in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Refund Processing:
- Standard refunds: 14+ business days
- PayPal refunds: 14-30 business days (processing times vary)
- All refunds issued to original payment method
Return Shipping:
- Customer responsible for all return shipping costs (including customs/duties)
- Recommended to use trackable shipping (we’re not liable for lost/delayed returns)
How to Return:
- Request authorization by emailing [email protected]
- Ship items to provided address (include order number and “Return” note)
- Refund issued after quality inspection
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom/made-to-order products
- Used, damaged, or altered merchandise
