Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Purchases are prepared for shipment within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery time estimates are displayed at checkout and depend on the recipient’s location.
Return Qualification Criteria
Items qualify for returns when:
- They remain in pristine, unworn condition
- All original packaging components are included
- No alterations or signs of use are present
The return window closes 14 days after delivery date.
Return Procedure Steps
- Request: Email our support team to initiate a return
- Authorization: Receive a unique return code with shipping directions
- Shipback: Dispatch items to our center with the RA code visible
- Reimbursement: Payment is returned after quality verification
Financial Guidelines
- Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was ours
- Initial shipping charges remain non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Products showing damage, alterations, or missing components may be rejected
Reimbursement Timeframes
- Standard payments: Minimum 14 business days processing
- PayPal transactions: 14-30 day processing (international may require 1 month)
