Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Purchases are prepared for shipment within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery time estimates are displayed at checkout and depend on the recipient’s location.

Return Qualification Criteria
Items qualify for returns when:

  • They remain in pristine, unworn condition
  • All original packaging components are included
  • No alterations or signs of use are present
    The return window closes 14 days after delivery date.

Return Procedure Steps

  1. Request: Email our support team to initiate a return
  2. Authorization: Receive a unique return code with shipping directions
  3. Shipback: Dispatch items to our center with the RA code visible
  4. Reimbursement: Payment is returned after quality verification

Financial Guidelines

  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was ours
  • Initial shipping charges remain non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • Products showing damage, alterations, or missing components may be rejected

Reimbursement Timeframes

  • Standard payments: Minimum 14 business days processing
  • PayPal transactions: 14-30 day processing (international may require 1 month)
